Our Mission.
The Tradeswomen Collective is an association of female identifying tradespeople in Midcoast Maine advocating for current and future women in the skilled trades by increasing visibility, fostering community, and providing mentorship.

By connecting women in the trades, we are cultivating a network to create access to employment and training opportunities, engage in advocacy work, and increase the number of women represented in the trades

Through meetings, social events, and workshops, we are providing an enriching environment in which to share skills and professional knowledge.

We are working to create an outreach program for future tradeswomen to get exposure, experience, and access to a community of mentors who support their growth and celebrate their successes.

Through creating an accessible network, outreach programs and social connections, we strive to bring more women into the trades with confidence and skills, sustained and nurtured by an inclusive, supportive community.
